AQUA AEROBICS
Aqua Aerobics is held on Wednesday 8am & Friday 2pm. Classes run for 45 minutes.
These classes are designed for individuals with all different type of fitness levels. With workouts allowing you to choose which level you wish to push yourself to.
Aqua aerobics is a great full body workout which incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic exercises while avoiding placing pressure on the muscles and joints. This type of workout will also assist you with your balance, flexibility and improve your respiratory condition.
Bookings
Classes must be paid for and booked in advance.
Cancellation/rescheduling is required to be made 4 hours prior to your class beginning. Late cancellations and no shows will incur a lost class and will not be entitled to a refund.
